Se ha determinado las condiciones optimas de operacion en el tratamiento alcalino, con naoh, llevado a cabo en ba\u00f1o de aceite a 125 c. Las variables de operacion son: tiempo de tratamiento, concentracion de naoh, relacion solido-liquido y tama\u00f1o de particula.  los residuos obtenidos en los tratamientos en los que se modifican los parametros antes mencionados se sometieron a hidrolisis enzimatica con celulasa de trichoderma reesei. Tambien se ha estudiado la cinetica de la solubilizacion alcalina de los materiales lignocelulosicos, considerando la influencia de los parametros de operacion.  se ha estudiado la hidrolisis enzimatica de paja de cebada pretratado con naoh 0,5n durante 15 min. En suspensiones de 100 g\/l. Se utilizaron celulasa comerciales de t.  reesei y de trichoderma viride. En concentraciones maximas de 4,000 g\/l y 1,200 g\/l respectivamente.  la hidrolisis con ambas enzimas se desviaba del modelo de michaelis-menten, debido a la existencia de una fuerte inhibicion competitiva por el producto.
