Si este proceso se para cuando alcanza un conjunto determinado de estados b, se puede caracterizar la limitacion en media \u00abhasta ese instante\u00bb utilizando supermartingalas. En el caso markoviano (rpm), una extension natural del concepto de excesividad (b-excesividad) permite caracterizar esta propiedad mediante la existencia de una funcion b-excesiva y finita que mayora a la funcion de estado. Se proporciona tambien una condicion necesaria y otra suficiente para la \u00absaturacion\u00bb de una rpm. Estas condiciones pueden ser comprobadas efectivamente en situaciones practicas. En particular, se demuestra que nuestra condicion suficiente es equivalente a las condiciones de saturacion ya conocidas para redes de jackson. Por ultimo, se comprueba que existe un proceso previsible (compensador) asociado a una ponderacion del marcado. Para las rpm este proceso es continuo y la diferencia entre la ponderacion del marcado y el compensador es una martingala local. A partir de esta, puede construirse una sucesion de martingalas locales que convergen en ley a una medida de wiener.  utilizando este resultado, cuando el compensador es deterministico, se pueden
