Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo hemos estudiado principalmente la sintesis y reactividad de una serie de complejos de iridio conteniendo ligandos polidentados del tipo polipirazolilborato de formulacion general ir(hnbpz4-n)l2 (l= olefina, co). Estos estudios han puesto de manifiesto la capacidad de este tipo de complejos para activar enlaces olefinicos carbono-hidrogeno: otro aspecto relevante de su quimica es la tendencia que presentan los compuestos ir(hnbpz4-n) (co)2 a dar lugar a reacciones de adicion nucleofilica al grupo carbonilo, proceso basico en diversas reacciones cataliticas.
