Por otra parte se analizan factores pronosticos para evaluar el significado de la presencia de lesiones en fondo de ojo de tipo no infeccioso en forma de exudados algodonosos y hemorragias retinianas. Las alteraciones de fondo de ojo han aparecido en un 70.6% de los pacientes examinados siendo el exudado algodonoso el hallazgo mas frecuente (38.5%).  entre las infecciones oculares por germenes oportunistas la retinitis por citomegalovirus (cmv) es la mas frecuente presentandose en un 23.9% de los pacientes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
