{"id":137058,"date":"2026-01-12T17:02:30","date_gmt":"2026-01-12T17:02:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/orientacion-de-la-motivacion-academico-ocupacional\/"},"modified":"2026-01-12T17:02:30","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T17:02:30","slug":"orientacion-de-la-motivacion-academico-ocupacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/pedagogia\/orientacion-de-la-motivacion-academico-ocupacional\/","title":{"rendered":"Orientacion de la motivacion academico-ocupacional"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Miquel Amador Guillem <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nuestro estudio se fundamenta en recoger los principales factores e indicadores de la motivacion academica mediante una intervencion que recoge de la orientacion educativa el enfoque de asesoramiento para, adaptandolo al contexto de la formacion ocupacional, desarrollar un proceso de formacion de formadores, implicando a los profesores de la ocupacional, como para profesionales de la orientacion, para que este tipo de intervencion pueda extenderse y llegar al mayor numero de alumnos. Para ello se utiliza un cuestionario formado por 29 flems y una documentacion de apoyo para que los profesores-monitores, escogiendo entre unas pautas, elaboren el correspondiente programa de orientacion de la motivacion academica para el grupo clase al que lo va a aplicar. En nuestra investigacion se ha utilizado una muestra de n=395 con un dise\u00f1o cuasiexperimental precest-poscest con grupo control, contrastandose la eficacia de nuestro modelo de intervencion, una
