Este analisis sera trasladado al ambito de los servicios, a pesar de escasez de etudios empiricos hallados al respecto, causada por el predominio del enfoque de gestion en la investigacion del marketing de servicios (gabbott y hogg 1994).  como consecuencia de la revisi\u00f3n bibliografica realizada en torno a los temas anteriores, se ha planteado un conjunto de hip\u00f3tesis referido al diferente comportamiento de busqueda externa esperado, seg\u00fan el mismo se refiera a procesos de adquisici\u00f3n de bienes o de servicios de especialidad. la contrastacion de dichas hipotesis, pone de manifiesto que, efectivamente, el comportamiento del consumidor referido a la busqueda externa de informacion difiere seg\u00fan se enfrente a una decision de compra de bienes o de servicios.  por tanto, el conocimiento sobre el conocimiento del consumidor ante procesos de toma de decisiones relativos a la compra de bienes no es posible trasladarlo automaticamente para explicar dichos procesos cuando se refieren a la adquisici\u00f3n de servicios, siendo necesaria una mayor investigacion en este ultimo ambito.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
