El fundamento de esta tecnica se basa en el empleo de dutp-digoxigenina en el marcaje de la sonda y posterior revelado mediante enzimainmunoanalisis.  el analisis genetico de las cadenas de las inmunoglobulinas y receptor de celulas t representa un parametro diagnostico en el establecimiento de la clonalidad y en el esclarecimiento de la linea hematopoyetica de procedencia de las hemopatias malignas, contribuyendo asi mismo al estudio del desarrollo ontogenico del sistema hematopoyetico. La identidad en los tama\u00f1os moleculares de los proto-oncogenes n-myc y c-abl reordenados en un caso de leucemia linfoide cronica b y en un linfoma de burkitt, este ultimo con reordenamiento de c-myc, indica la existencia de mutaciones no aleatorias en los primeros genes y una posible conexion en la progresion patologicas de estas malignidades.  los reordenamientos del proto-oncogen n-myc detectados en 3 de los 64 casos estudiados sugiere una participacion de este gen en la patogenia de estas enfermedades.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
