El metodo desarrollado en este trabajo nos ha permitido caracterizar la presencia en los centrosomas de una serie de proteinas:  -una proteina de 220 kda que es reconocida por los anticuerpos de un suero de un paciente con una enfermedad autoinmune.  -una proteina relacionada con la vimentina, que podria tener una funcion estructural.  -una proteina relacionada con la caseina quinasa de tipo ii.  -una proteina relacionada con la proteina asociada a microtubulos denominada map1b, que podria estar implicada en la promocion del ensamblaje de los microtubulos celulares que es llevada a cabo por los centrosomas.  las proteinas relacionadas con la vimentina y con la map1b se modifican por fosforilacion por la caseina quinasa ii que se asocia a centrosomas, sugiriendose una modulacion de su
