Se obtiene que los pcb producen apoptosis en t\u00fabulo renal de rata de bazo, timo y corteza renal de ratas intoxicadas, que dicha apoptosis implica aumentos en los niveles de prote\u00edna bax y disminuci\u00f3n en los bcl-2 as\u00ed como en los de procaspasa-3, por otra parte se observa condensaci\u00f3n celular y burbujeo tipo apoptosis. En las pruebas realizadas para observar niveles de citotoxicidad se concluye que los pcb se comportan de manera dosis, tiempo y forma molecular\/mezcla dependiente. Las secuencias de citotoxicidad son las siguientes: aroclor 1016&gt;aroclor 1248&gt;aroclor 1260; cb 77&gt;cb  126&gt;cb 153.  las secuencias de apoptosis son las siguientes; aroclor 1016&gt;aroclor 1248&gt; aroclor 12060; cb 126&gt;cb77&gt;cb153. Se realizaron pruebas de proliferaci\u00f3n celular, mostrando dosis dependencia, y clara capacidad los aroclores 1016,1248 y 1260, as\u00ed como el cb 126.  por otra parte, las prote\u00ednas cpla2 y pkc-a sufren cambios dosis y tiempo dependiente en varios \u00f3rganos de animales intoxicados.  la cpla2 ve aumentada su nivel en la c\u00e9lula y su translocaci\u00f3n: la pkc-a sufre disminuciones en ambos par\u00e1metros. Se aprecio aumento en el valor de la hemoglobina corpuscular media en sangre de ratas intoxicadas, as\u00ed como hiperplasia del h\u00edgado y atrofia del bazo y timo.  se concluye que los pcb producen citotoxicidad, proliferaci\u00f3n celular y cambios en cascadas de transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales y que lo hacen de manera dependiente de la dosis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
