Se presentan como contribuciones originales el desarrollo de metodos de analisis tanto en el dominio del tiempo como de la frecuencia, que permiten la adquisicion de principios generales que posibilitan el dise\u00f1o de estructuras novedosas.  se proponen asimismo una serie de aplicaciones de indole practico, que resultan de interes tanto en las futuras redes de servicios integrados como
