Mediante diferentes tratamientos (hidrolisis acida y alcalina, hidrolisis con pla, plc y deaminacion con acido nitroso y marcajes con diferentes precusores radioactivos) del gpi, hemos demostrado que esta formado por al menos tres azucares, mioinositol, glucosamina y galactosa, que los acidos grasos que forman parte del esqueleto del glicerol son el palmitico y el miristico.  tambien investigamos los efectos de algunos de los agonistas que regulan la sintesis y secrecion de prolactina sobre el contenido del gpi de la membrana del lactotropo (trh, dopamina y
