Pilar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Estudios enzimaticos llevados a cabo en poblaciones de medula osea enriquecidas en precursores eritroideos y en poblaciones de sangre circulante con distinto contenido en reticulocitos y eritrocitos, ha puesto de manifiesto el descenso de actividad de las quinasas glucoliticas (hk, pfk, pgk y pk), y el aumento de la bpgm, a medida que avanzan los procesos de diferenciacion y maduracion eritrocitaria. El analisis isoenzimatico de las quinasas reguladoras glucoliticas durante los mismos, ha demostrado la presencia de distintas isoenzimas para hk y pk, y una amplia variedad isoenzimatica para pfk. El empleo de la tecnica de distribucion en contracorriente en sistemas bifasicos ha permitido el fraccionamiento especifico en funcion de la edad de eritrocitos humanos y de rata, encontrandose un descenso en la actividad de las tres enzimas reguladoras y una constancia de la misma para bpgm y pgk, durante dicho proceso.
