Usando sondas con fragmentos de dna de cloroplastos de tabaco y la tecnica de seleccion de la traduccion por hibridacion, hemos completado la exploracion del genoma de cloroplastos buscando los genes que se expresan durante el envejecimiento.  como resultado de esta investigacion confirmamos la expresion de los genes ndh, de cuyos productos polipeptidicos hemos realizado tambien un estudio de la
