Nieves <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha determinado la accion de dos reactivos de grupos -sh, dtnb y pcmb, de diferente liposolubilidad, sobre el transporte de azucares en intestino de rata in vivo.  ambos reactivos inhibieron la absorcion de d-galactosa.  la inhibicion se ejerce exclusivamente sobre el componente mediado del transporte, sin afectar al componente pasivo difusional. Se requiere un tiempo minimo de preexposicion de la mucosa al reactivo para que se manifieste la inhibicion debida a cada compuesto. El efecto del dtnb, puede revertirse por lavado del asa intestinal con dte 0,5 mm; la inhibicion por pcmb no se revirtio por lavado con dte, edta ni cisteina. No se observo proteccion por exceso de sustrato sobre la inhibicion ejercida por dtnb. Dado que la inhibicion debida a dtnb o pcmb se acentua por la adicion ulterior de pcmb o dtnb respectivamente y de acuerdo con su diferente liposolubilidad, los resultados indican que ambos interactuan con dos poblaciones de grupos -sh diferentes.
