Se estudio la cinetica de la d-galactosa y del a-metiglucosido, las inhibiciones reciprocas entre ellos y el efecto de la citocalasina b y de la temperatura sobre el transporte de ambos azucares. El transporte de d-galactosa y a-metilglucosido resulto ser compatible con la existencia de un unico sistema de transporte compartido por ambos azucares que presenta mayor afinidad por el a-metilglucosido. Se estudio tambien el efecto de la floretina sobre la salida de los azucares citados a traves del sistema de transporte basolateral, en sacos evertidos de yeyuno de rata. La floretina presente en el medio mucosal aumentaba la acumulacion en el tejido de los dos azucares y disminuia su transferencia al liquido serosal. Parece, por tanto, que la d-galactosa y el a-metilglucosido utilizan el transportador basolateral.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Transporte
