{"id":138052,"date":"2026-01-12T17:10:26","date_gmt":"2026-01-12T17:10:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/agnitio-y-recognitio-de-las-asociaciones-de-fieles\/"},"modified":"2026-01-12T17:10:26","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T17:10:26","slug":"agnitio-y-recognitio-de-las-asociaciones-de-fieles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/antropologia\/agnitio-y-recognitio-de-las-asociaciones-de-fieles\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abagnitio\u00bb y \u00abrecognitio\u00bb de las asociaciones de fieles"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Valdes De Elizalde Francisco Javier <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La problematica suscitada en la doctrina sobre el significado de los terminos \u00abagnitio\u00bb y \u00abrecognitio\u00bb del canon 299.3, ha dado lugar a numerosas cuestiones que afectan a las asociaciones privadas de fieles: alcance, naturaleza y limites de la \u00abrecognitio\u00bb, derecho a la \u00abagnitio\u00bb, situacion de las asociaciones no reconocidas, etc. En este trabajo se parte del analisis de la traduccion de esos terminos en diferentes versiones en lenguas vernaculas del codigo, y del iter juridico de una serie de canones en cuyo tenor se prescriben procedimientos relacionados con los terminos anteriores.  con todo esto y con las aportaciones hechas por la doctrina -de modo especial en el vi. Internationalen kongresses fur kanonisches recht-, se llega a concebir la \u00abrecognitio\u00bb como un procedimiento de naturaleza formal, exigido por la autoridad con vistas a conocer la existencia de la asociacion y garantizar su naturaleza eclesial.
