Aranzazu <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La sintesis de farmacos antiagregantes continua siendo de gran interes al ser las enfermedades cardiovasculares una de las principales causas de mortalidad en la poblacion adulta. En este trabajo se ha llevado a cabo la sintesis de nuevos derivados de pirimido (5,4-b) indol, con el fin de determinar la influencia sobre la actividad antiagregante de diversos radicales en las posiciones 4,5,7 y 8 del anillo de indol.  todos estos compuestos han sido evaluados como inhibidores de la agregacion inducida por acido araquidonico y adp.  asi mismo, se ha determinado el potencial caracter inhibidor selectivo de la enzima tromboxano sintetasa de aquellos productos que presentaron valores de inhibicion de la agregacion inducida por aa superioroes al 80%.
