Roc\u00edo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo principal de esta tesis ha sido determinar la influencia de las variables que intervienen en el proceso, para lo cual se ha realizado una revisi\u00f3n bibliogr\u00e1fica del estado del arte actual, incluyendo las teor\u00edas de abrasi\u00f3n, los tipos de m\u00e1quinas de ensayo yl as t\u00e9cnicas de recargue superficial.Se ha basado la investigaci\u00f3n en cuatro de las variables que intervienen en la abrasi\u00f3n:  &#8211; el tama\u00f1o y la forma de las part\u00edculas de abrasivo. Se han utilizado cuatro grados distintos: 30,50,80 y 120.  &#8211; la influencia del medio ambiente. Se ha dise\u00f1ado un tipo de ensayo basado en las normativas astm g-65 (para abrasi\u00f3n en seco) y astm g-105 (para abrasi\u00f3n h\u00fameda) que permite comparar los dos estados.  &#8211; la carga ejercida en el contacto. Se realizaron ensayos con cargas 47,140 y 222 n.  &#8211; la presencia de part\u00edculas de refuerzo. Se han empleado dos recargues, una matriz de nicrbsi y, la misma matriz con wc como refuerzo.  el an\u00e1lisis de estos factores se ha realizado desde dos puntos de vista, por una parte mediante la metodolog\u00eda del dise\u00f1o de experimentos, y por otra, mediante la observaci\u00f3n de las micrograf\u00edas. La novedad del estudio reside en  que el dise\u00f1o de experimentos ha permitido diferenciar los factores de la mayor importancia en el mecanismo de desgaste, as\u00ed como establecer un modelo, que permite predecir la tasa de desgaste.
