Este tipo de tratamiento provoca la solubilizacion de la fraccion hemicelulosica y la despolinerizacion de la lignina, de forma que esta puede separarse posteriormente de la celulosa por lixiviacion alcalina o por extraccion con solventes organicos. El sustrato lignocelulosico estudiado ha sido la cascara de almendra, residuo agricola del que se producen del orden de 160.000 tm\/a\u00f1o en el estado espa\u00f1ol. El fraccionamiento se ha efectuado en un reactor piloto del proceso de fraccionamiento tm-av, desarrollado por la universidad de sherbrooke (canada), capaz de tratar en continuo hasta 100 kg\/h de suspensiones acuosas de lignocelulosicos molidos a menos de 1mm con una concentracion comprendida entre el 10 y 20% en peso. Paralelamente se han efectuado experiencias en reactores discontinuos a escala de laboratorio y en un reactor de tipo masonite. La cinetica de solubilizacion de las hemicelulosas (xilano) se ha modelizado empleando tanto un modelo pseudo-cinetico como un factor de serveridad generalizado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
