En este sentido indicar que los fosfolipidos se encuentran entre los componentes mas antiguos de los productos cosmeticos, utilizandose tambien en alimentacion y farmacia.  el objetivo del trabajo es establecer la influencia que la estructura de la molecula de tensioactivo y la incorporacion de lecitina ejercen sobre el comportamiento reologico de los sistemas acuosos de tensioactivos anionicos. Para ello se han estudiado en un intervalo de temperaturas de 278 a 313 k, los sistemas acuosos de dodecilsulfato sodico, alquiletersulfato sodico y dodecilbencenosulfonato sodico sin y con lecitina en intervalos de concentraciones de tensioactivos y lecitina hasta el 30 y 3% en peso, respectivamente, por cuanto son estos los intervalos de concentracion y temperatura de uso de estos sistemas.  la adicion de lecitina a sistemas acuosos de tensioactivos anionicos, produce aumento del valor de viscosidad en todos los casos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
