{"id":138650,"date":"2026-01-12T17:37:21","date_gmt":"2026-01-12T17:37:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/fructosa-16-bisfosfatasa-en-mytilus-galloprovincialis-lmk\/"},"modified":"2026-01-12T17:37:21","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T17:37:21","slug":"fructosa-16-bisfosfatasa-en-mytilus-galloprovincialis-lmk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/fructosa-16-bisfosfatasa-en-mytilus-galloprovincialis-lmk\/","title":{"rendered":"Fructosa-1,6-bisfosfatasa en mytilus galloprovincialis lmk."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Ramiro Barcia Vieitez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo plantea como objetivo fundamental, el conocimiento de los mecanismos regulatorios de la fructosa-1,6 -bisfosfatasa de manto del mejillon mytilus galloprovincialis lmk., Presente en las rias de galicia.  esta enzima tiene una masa molecular de 105.000 daltons, siendo la masa molecular de las subunidades de 27.000 daltons, lo cual sugiere que la enzima de manto es un oligomero formado por cuatro subunidades probablemente identicas.  la fbpasa-1 de manto de mejillon presenta un requerimiento absoluto de cationes divalentes, mientras que cationes monovalentes como na+ y nh4+ producen una fuerte inhibicion de la actividad enzimatica.  fructosa-2,6-bisfosfato y amp actuan como inhibidores mixtos de la actividad fbpasa-1, siendo su accion conjunta de tipo sinergico. En ausencia de amp y\/o fructosa-2,6-bisfosfato la fbpasa-1 de manto fue activada por edta y algunos aminoacidos como histidina, acido aspartico, lisina y alanina. La accion de los aminoacidos citados sobre la fbpasa-1 es muy similar a la ejercida por el edta, caracterizandose esta accion por un aumento simultaneo en la vmax de la reaccion y en la km para la
