Para ello se estudio la influencia de estos parametros sobre el crecimiento real, por un lado, y sobre las tasas fisiologicas implicadas en el balance energetico, por otro. Temperaturas de 22 c y raciones del 15-20% en peso en larvas y del 2% en postlarvas resultaron apropiadas para optimizar el cultivo. Ademas se ha comprobado que el crecimiento puede explicarse e incluso predecirse en funcion del balance entre las ganancias (ingestion) y las perdidas de energia (defecacion, respiracion y
