{"id":138688,"date":"2026-01-12T17:37:41","date_gmt":"2026-01-12T17:37:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/dos-metodos-de-sintesis-de-alcaloides-fenandtrenicos\/"},"modified":"2026-01-12T17:37:41","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T17:37:41","slug":"dos-metodos-de-sintesis-de-alcaloides-fenandtrenicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/dos-metodos-de-sintesis-de-alcaloides-fenandtrenicos\/","title":{"rendered":"Dos metodos de sintesis de alcaloides fenandtrenicos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Juan  Carlos Est\u00e9vez Cabanas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Partiendo de acidos 2-fenilacetilfenilaceticos se desarrollaron dos metodos de sintesis de alcaloides fenandtrenicos, por ciclacion de estilbenos a fenantrenos y a traves de analogos oxigenados de las aporfinas, las dibenzocumaranonas, que se prepararon por ciclacion de bromobencilisocromanonas con hidruro de tributilesta\u00f1o.  este metodo de formacion de enlaces biarilicos se empleo tambien para ciclar bencilisoquinolinas a aporfinas y acidos bromofenilacetifenilaceticos a deshidrodibenzocromanonas, que se transformaron facilmente en dibenzocromanomas y estas en aristolactamas. Por otra parte, mediante reaccion de diels-alder intramolecular de estirenos y arinos, se sintetizaron aristolactamas a partir de n-estirilbenzamidas y alcaloides fenantrenicos a partir de
