Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La presente tesis doctoral trata sobre la produccion de peliculas delgadas de oxido de silicio mediante procesos quimicos inducidos por laser de co2. Se presenta un estudio sistematico del proceso de deposicion habiendose considerado cada uno de los parametros que intervienen en el mismo y su influencia sobre la velocidad de crecimiento y las propiedades de las peliculas. Ademas, aporta un modelo teorico para el calculo de la temperatura en el gas que permite explicar los resultados obtenidos experimentalmente.
