Asi se observo que la molecula de dna debe mantenerse intacta para permitir la correcta organizacion tridimensional y estabilidad estructural del cromosoma mitotico. Asimismo se comprobo que las roturas del adn en g2-profase conducen a pulverizacion cromosomica. Altos niveles de condensacion en metafase muestran una proteccion de la molecula de adn. Una vez que el cromosoma muestra roturas de las cromatides, el borde de rotura define el trayecto del adn en la cromatide. Todos estos resultados obtenidos en celulas expuestas a radiaciones ultravioleta, fueron complementados en estudios de exposicion a radiacion gamma y electrones auger, observandose que las roturas se producen preferente en la interfase entre bandas g y r.  la inhibicion de la reparacion en g2 por cafeina demostro inhibicion del retardo mitotico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
