<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se plantea una nueva ruta sintetica para las partes central y derecha del antibiotico antitumoral cc-1065 y para los inhibidores fosfodiesterasicos pde-i y pde-ii.  esta ruta utiliza un anillo bencenico como base a partir de la que se construirian los anillos de cinco miembros laterales; el izquierdo mediante la ciclacion de un derivado del tipo azidocinamato, y el derecho mediante la ciclacion de un amina aromatica con un grupo aldehido situado en una cadena lateral.  a pesar de que no se ha llegado al final de la sintesis en este trabajo, se deja esbozada una ruta muy viable para la obtencion de pde-i, pde-ii y las partes b y c de cc-1065, que podra facilmente ser completada para dar lugar eficientemente a los compuestos buscados.  paralelamente se ha desarrollado un nuevo y original metodo de nitracion de fenoles a traves de una ruta intramolecular, que posee un gran potencial sintetico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
