Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La primera parte de la tesis doctoral desarrolla un nuevo metodo de sintesis de alcaloides benzofenantridinicos basado en reacciones de cicloadicion intermolecular entre 2-pironas y arinos. Se llevo a cabo la preparacion de distintos compuestos con esqueleto benzofenantridinico asi como la del alcaloide natural 6-oxonitidina. El metodo dise\u00f1ado se caracteriza por su convergencia y su versatilidad, permitiendo el acceso a alcaloides naturales y analogos con variada sustitucion, en buenos rendimientos. En la segunda parte del trabajo se desarrollan dos metodos de sintesis de alcaloides del tipo de la lycorina basados en reacciones de cicloadicion: una alternativa implica la reaccion intramolecular entre un arino y un componente azadienico; la segunda alternativa aplica la reaccion de diels-alder intramolecular de 2-pironas con acetilenos.
