Ademas, se aportan datos (no existentes anteriormente) para la caracterizacion y tipificacion de dichos vinos, tales como los que afectan a las diversas variantes de clima, tecnicas enologicas, tipo de uva, vendimia, etc. Que junto con los datos analiticos obtenidos por nosotros, incluyendo el analisis sensorial, permiten dicha caracterizacion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
