Se ha demostrado que se diferencian del subtipo principal a*0201 en los aminoacidos 236, 97 y 73 y 74 respectivamente. Esto sugiere la operatividad de la mutacion puntual y la conversion genica en la generacion del polimorfismo de este antigeno, asi como la seleccion de aquellos antigenos con capacidad de modular las propiedades presentadoras de peptido de estas moleculas.  se han analizado los antigenos hla-az reconocidos diferencialmente por la linea alogenica ctl14, y demostrado que esta linea diferencia entre antigenos identicos. Sugerimos el reconocimiento de peptidos endogenos polimorficos presentados por hla-a2, de forma que el reconocimiento alogenico seria en realidad alorrestringido.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
