Para establecer un diagnostico de la lesion hepatica se han determinado una serie de actividades enzimaticas (got, gpt, icoh), enzimas relacionados con la utilizacion del glotation, concentracion de malondialdenido y alteraciones en la homeostasis del calcio intraceo. Todo esto, unido al estudio histopatologico, nos ha permitido establecer un cuadro de necrosis perivenosa masiva. Por citometria de flujo se han determinado propiedades fisicas y contenido del dna genomico. La capacidad metogenica del suero de ratas tratadas se ha determinado en cultivos de fibroblastos.
