Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han ensayado cinco grupos de compuestos en su accion inhibidora de la multiplicacion del virus de la peste porcina africana que son: cuarenta y cuatro derivados de d. Penicilanina que han resultado no efectivos. Nueve analogos de amantadina que presentan indices selectivos comprendidos entre 8 y 30. Seis polisacaridos sulfatados que poseen indices selectivos aceptables; inhiben la absorcion del vino a la celula. Un grupo de derivados de fosfocilmetoxialquilpurinas y pirimidinas que resultan ser los inhibidores mas potentes de la reduccion del titulo del virus. Quince analogos de adenosina que son los compuestos mas potentes de los ensayados. El indice selectivo varia de 15 a 3000.
