Dicha disminucion no se debe, sin embargo a dicha complejidad, que supondria sostener que la accion colectiva depende de las actividades individuales e intereses de los trabajadores, sino a una crisis del sistema de relaciones industriales, si este se transforma en un sistema de congelacion ampliado, la participacion de los trabajadores en la accion sindical aumenta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
