Despues de pasar repaso a su vida, obras e influencias. Estudio el aspecto social del poder, origen de la sociedad y la sociabilidad. Estudio el programa de educacion del principe politico cristiano en todas aquellas facetas que pedagogicamente pueden afectar a un principe politico. Se estudian las virtudes del principe cristiano frente al principe maquiavelico.  visto el ideal del principe lo contrario es el tirano, persona indigna que todo lo arrasa y que por lo tanto asume poderes que no le corresponden porque los tiene en exclusiva la republica.  cuando el rey se convierte en tirano, mariana no ve mal que alguien investido del poder popular, como delegado del pueblo, mate al tirano.  el tiranicidio y la defensa de este es el culmen de la tesis y todos los demas aspectos estudiados van dirigidos al objetivo final: defensa del
