Este puede observarse en el engalanamiento de actos oficiales y en los monumentos proyectados. La teorizacion fascista del arte se ocupo principalmente de la arquitectura, a la que se identifico con el estado.  en la cultura artistica coexistieron dos tendencias, la academicista y la moderna,
