Josefa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudiaron 133 aislamientos clinicos de helicobacter pylori, procedentes de diferentes lugares geograficos, para determinar un posible esquema de tipado molecular epidemiologico y una mejor identificacion de este agente causante de la gastritis humana. Se analizo el biotipo enzimatico, movilidad, citotoxicidad y sensibilidad a antimicrobianos, como caracteristicas fenotipicas; y perfiles plasmidicos, y patrones obtenidos con endonucleasas de restriccion, como caracteristicas genotipicas.  la hibridacion con una sonda procedente de arnribosomico, fue mas discriminatoria que las diferencias fenotipicas observadas entre aislamientos de h. Pylori, obteniendose unicos patrones de hibridacion para la mayoria de los aislamientos (129 de 133); pero cuando se realizo la hibridacion con sondas genero-especificas, procedentes de fragmentos de adn recombinante clonados al azar, hubo cierto agrupamiento de estos aislamientos.  en general, podemos concluir que, aunque h.
