Haciendo uso de la teoria de perturbaciones se ha obtenido un hamiltoniano efectivo que permite parametrizar los niveles de energia rovibracionales de esta clase de moleculas. Con el formalismo desarrollado se han analizado varias bandas infrarrojas de la molecula c102. La molecula posee un interes practico por participar en los procesos que destruyen el ozono en la atmosfera: la presencia de dos especies, 35c102 y 37c102. En la muestra a partir de la que se registraron los espectros hace mas complicado el analisis.  se han asignado alrededor de 12000 transiciones a partir de las cuales se han refinado las constantes rotacionales, de spin-rotacion y los origenes de las bandas.  por otra parte, se ha desarrollado la teoria para el calculo de las intensidades a partir de la intensidad integrada de las bandas observadas se han obtenido las derivadas del momento dipolar y a partir de la intensidad de lineas individuales se han ajustado los parametros de herman wallis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
