La perspectiva ha sido diacronica; cada uno de estos elementos se trata desde sus inicios, 1908, hasta 1986 para ofrecer una mejor comprension de lo que hoy es el museo y lo que debe a su historia.  se completa con un apendice documental y otro de ilustraciones que aportan planos, documentos y fotografias y con un indice onomastico.  se trata de un museo que actualmente presenta una propuesta
