Soledad <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Con el fin de obtener nuevos inhibidores de aminopeptidasas mas potentes y selectivos con actividad analgesica, se han sintetizado y evaluado como inhibidores de aminopeptidasas y como analgesicos varias series de dipeptidos y tripeptidos portadores de 3-amino-2-hidroxiacidos n-terminales y compuestos analogos. Para el dise\u00f1o de estos compuestos se han tomado como estructuras modelo el dipeptido analgesico y moderado inhibidor de aps lys-trp(nps)-ome y el dipeptido natural, inhibidor de aps, bestatina o n-(2s,3r)-3-amino-4-fenil-2-hidroxibutanoil-l-leucina.  concretamente, se han preparado dipeptidos de formulas generales: lys  (ch(oh)conh) xaa-ome (xaa = trp(nps) y leu y trp(nps)  (ch(oh)conh) xaa-oh (xaa = lys y leu) y tripeptidos de formula general lys (ch(oh)conh) xaa-pro-oh (xaa = leu y ala), en los que la configuracion absoluta de cada uno de sus centros quirales ha sido variada sistematicamente.
