Para ello se establecen los siguientes objetivos particulares.  1. Puesta a punto y dise\u00f1o de diferentes ensayos microbiologicos para la determinacion de toxicidad en muestras acuaticas. Estudio comparativo de la sensibilidad de dichos metodos frente a metales.  2. Puesta a punto y adaptacion de ensayos microbiologicos para la determinacion de la genotoxicidad en muestras acuaticas. Estudio comparativo de la sensibilidad de los mismos frente a metales.  3. Estudio de la aplicabilidad de estos ensayos a la deteccion de la toxicidad y genotoxicidad de metales en presencia de matrices complejas (agua residual).
