Vida que es estructuralmente historica. Es la misma vida en cuanto razon viviente la que consiste en unidad estructural con dos momentos que la constituyen: \u00abrazon vital-razon historica\u00bb. El metodo utilizado es el fenomenologico, ejerciendo asi el horizonte mental de la fenomenolog\u00eda donde se inscribe el pensamiento de ortega. En cinco capitulos nos presenta la tematica de la tesis: el problema de la ciencia historica (i), la filosofia de ortega y la historia (ii), la vida como objeto material de la historia (iii), el cambio historico (iv), y finalmente, la historia como razon historica (v). Con claridad se expone y confirma el proyecto filosofico de ortega: crear un nuevo concepto de ser, utilizar un metodo intuitivo, el fenomenologico, dotar a este metodo de sistema y de una realidad
