Para ello se han tenido en cuenta parametros clinicos, y anatomopatologicos convencionales, tipo de tratamiento, y otros parametros de morfometria nuclear y de cuantificacion de adn obtenidos mediante analisis de imagen (citometria estatica). El posible valor pronostico de los diferentes factores se ha averiguado mediante un analisis estadistico (test de wilcoxon) en relacion con la supervivencia libre de enfermedad (sle) y con la supervivencia global (sg); dicho analisis incluyo un estudio univariado asi como un estudio multivariado que permitia conocer el grado de independencia de las variables significativas (p 0.05).  el estadio, el numero de nucleolos y el tama\u00f1o nuclear se relacionaron con la sle, los dos primeros con valor pronostico independiente, mientras que el numero de ganglios axilares metastatizados, numero de mitosis\/10 cga, tama\u00f1o, factor de forma y coeficiente de variacion textural nucleares, se relacionaron con la sg, siendo, en este caso, el tama\u00f1o nuclear y el numero de ganglios metastatizados los que no mostraron relacion con los otros parametros.  en conclusion, los cmla presentan una gran agresividad intrinseca, segun la mayoria de los parametros analizados. Entre ellos, los carcinomas \u00abinflamatorios\u00bb muestran peor pronostico. La sle en estos tumores depende principalmente del estadio clinico-patologico y del numero de nucleolos de sus celulas, si bien la sg viene determinada mayormente por el numero de ganglios
