Incluye asimismo abundancia de indicios historicos y eruditos de gran pertinencia. A una introduccion bibliografica le siguen las exposiciones de los nucleos de la filosofia politica que giran en torno a la sociedad y el poder.  en la segunda parte se destacan los aspectos mas originales de la filosofia juridica vitoriana: el derecho de gentes, la nacion como sujeto genuino del poder en oposicion a los planteamientos ierocraticos e imperialistas y, sobre todo, los principios etico-juridicos que habran de presidir la conquista y colonizacion de america.  se se\u00f1alan la inspiracion de vitoria en tomas de aquino, a la vez que los avances y explicitaciones respecto del aquinate, por ejemplo a proposito de las relaciones entre derecho natural y derecho positivo. Igualmente se destacan los antecedentes y divergencias respecto de planteamientos posteriores, por ejemplo en relacion con el origen democratico del poder.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
