Aunque el rechazo hiperagudo parece solucionado mediante el empleo de los cerdos transg\u00e9nicos, se desconoce el papel que posteriormente desempe\u00f1an los mecanismos de rechazo celular.  objetivos  desarrollo de un modelo experimental que simule las condiciones biol\u00f3gicas posteriores a un xenotrasplante discordante en el que el rechazo hiperagudo ha sido controlado.  material y m\u00e9todos  perfundimos los ri\u00f1ones de cerdo \u00abex vivo\u00bb durante 5 horas con 450 cc de sangre. Cada grupo n=5. Los grupos de control han sido sangre humana sin manipular y sangre aut\u00f3loga de cerdo. Los grupos de sangre humana manipulada son: decomplementada (calentando el plasma a 56\u00c2\u00bac 30 min.), Deplaquetada (por centrifugaci\u00f3n), deleucocitada (filtro deleucocitador) e inmunoadsorbida (por columnas con prote\u00edna a estafiloc\u00f3cica). Las piezas se estudiaron por microscopia \u00f3ptica e inmunohistoqu\u00edmica (c3, c5-9, cd2, cd4, cd8, cd20, cd68, cd13, cd14, cd16).  resultados  en los ri\u00f1ones de cerdos perfundidos con sangre humana no manipulada se produce el rechazo hiperagudo a los 15-90 min. No observamos rechazo hiperagudo en ninguno de los experimentos del resto de los grupos con independencia de la manipulaci\u00f3n de la sangre humana. Estos presentan rechazo celular agudo, con diferentes grados de infiltrado intersticial de c\u00e9lulas mononucleares, en especial nk.  conclusi\u00f3n  la perfusi\u00f3n \u00abex vivo\u00bb de ri\u00f1ones de cerdo con sangre humano manipulada permite la creaci\u00f3n de un modelo de xenotrasplante discordante sin rechazo hiperagudo.
