{"id":139399,"date":"2026-01-12T17:45:18","date_gmt":"2026-01-12T17:45:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/biotransformacion-de-picrocrocina-con-beta-glucosidasa-inmovilizada\/"},"modified":"2026-01-12T17:45:18","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T17:45:18","slug":"biotransformacion-de-picrocrocina-con-beta-glucosidasa-inmovilizada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-tecnologicas\/biotransformacion-de-picrocrocina-con-beta-glucosidasa-inmovilizada\/","title":{"rendered":"Biotransformacion de picrocrocina con beta-glucosidasa inmovilizada"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mar\u00eda  Rosario Castellar Rodriguez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la memoria titulada: \u00abbiotransformacion de picrocrocina con beta-glucosidasa inmovilizada\u00bb se estudia la hidrolisis continua de picrocrocina a 2,6,6-trimetil-4-hidroxi-1-clorohexen-1-carboxoaldehido (htcc) en un reactor de lecho fijo con beta-glucosidasa (ec 3.2.1.21) de almendra dulce inmovilizada en nylon.  para ello se realizo la extraccion de los metabolitos secundarios del azafran con etanol\/agua (1:1 v\/v). Ademas se purifico picrocrocina, htcc y alfa-crocina mediante cromatografia en capa fina preparativa a partir de extractos de azafran posteriormente, el sustrato picrocrocina fue hidrolizado mediante la accion de la enzima beta-glucosidasa tanto en soluble como inmovilizada. Finalmente, la hidrolisis continua de picrocrocina se llevo a cabo en un reactor de lecho fijo con la enzima inmovilizada, observandose conversiones de hasta 100% a baja velocidad de dilucion. El trabajo se completo con un modelo de dise\u00f1o de dicho reactor que es capaz de predecir el comportamiento del mismo en las condiciones experimentales no
