Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hemos estudiado las historias clinicas de 187 pacientes diagnosticados de hemorragia cerebral intraparenquimatosa supratentorial y evaluado las alteraciones que presentaban en la funcion cerebroespinal, asi como su distribucion topografica y el efecto del tratamiento quirurgico evacuador, mediante el estudio de cuatro cortes de la tomografia axial computarizada pre- y post-tratamiento. Los resultados del estudio nos han permitido una interpretacion fisiopatologica de la entidad, mostrando que su causa es extra-cerebroespinal con probable origen en la membrana pulmonar de intercambio gaseoso, y que se caracteriza por una afectacion global del sistema cerebroespinal. Se acompa\u00f1a de hiperactividad arterial global, mas intensa a nivel medio, y dificultad en el drenaje venoso y de liquido cefalorraquideo, tambien de caracter global.
