Desde esta perspectiva filosofica, el autor acomete el estudio de toda la obra de miguel de unamuno, dividiendo la tesis en dos volumenes. El primero de los cuales se halla estructurado en seis capitulos principales, titulados: i. La filosofia como punto de partida. Ii. Filosofia de la conciencia colectiva espa\u00f1ola. Iii. Filosofia de la conciencia individual. Iv.  filosofia del espiritu espa\u00f1ol. V. Filosofia de la vida.  vi. El texto novelesco como representacion filosofica. El segundo volumen, titulado: \u00abapendice metodologico y bibliografia\u00bb, en dos capitulos principales, contiene: i.  apendice metodologico, se\u00f1alando la historia de la critica, la cronolog\u00eda de las obras de unamuno y la lectura cronologica de las obras de unamuno.
