{"id":13962,"date":"2018-03-09T09:00:27","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:00:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/preformulacion-del-nuevo-agente-antimicrobiano-15-bromofur2-il-2-bromo-2-nitroeteno\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:00:27","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:00:27","slug":"preformulacion-del-nuevo-agente-antimicrobiano-15-bromofur2-il-2-bromo-2-nitroeteno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/preformulacion-del-nuevo-agente-antimicrobiano-15-bromofur2-il-2-bromo-2-nitroeteno\/","title":{"rendered":"Preformulaci\u00f3n del nuevo agente antimicrobiano 1(5-bromofur2-il)-2-bromo-2-nitroeteno"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Gonz\u00e1lez Bedia Mirtha Mayra <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Como parte de los estudios de preformulaci\u00f3n del nuevo agente antimicrobiano 1-(5-bromofur-2-il)-2-bromo-2-nitroeteno (g1), en el presente trabajo se caracterizan la estabilidad y las propiedades de disoluci\u00f3n de esta mol\u00e9cula en agua, su capacidad para sublimar y su compatibilidad con exicipientes. sobre esta base, y con el prop\u00f3sito de desarrollar formas s\u00f3lidas de dosificaci\u00f3n para su administraci\u00f3n sist\u00e9mcia por v\u00eda oral se evalua la influencia de la formaci\u00f3n de dispersiones s\u00f3lidas y complejos de inclusi\u00f3n con ciclodextrinas en las propiedades insatisfactorias de este f\u00e1rmaco. La detectecci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de los productos de degradaci\u00f3n del g1 en agua permiti\u00f3 desarrollar un m\u00e9todo anal\u00edtico espec\u00edfico mediante espectrosfotometr\u00eda uv en combinaci\u00f3n con la calibraci\u00f3n multivariante pls para la cuantificaci\u00f3n del g1 en agua.  de los 12 excipientes ensayados podr\u00e1n formar parte de formas de sostificaci\u00f3n solidas de este principio activo, y de procesos intermedios durante su elaboraci\u00f3n aquellos que se mostraron compatibles con el g1: los polietil\u00e9n glicoles peg 20000 y 6000, la beta-ciclodextrina, el talco, el estearato de magnesio,la glucosa, la lactosa y la sacarosa. Las deficientes propiedades de disoluci\u00f3n y estabilidad en agua del g1 y su capacidad para sublimar, caracterizadas en este trabajo, constituyen limitaciones importantes para el desarrollo futuro de formas de dosificaci\u00f3n a partir de este f\u00e1rmaco y requieren especial atenci\u00f3n. No obstante, la formaci\u00f3n de dipersiones s\u00f3lidas con portadores hidrosolubles como los pegs y la formaci\u00f3n de complejos de inclusi\u00f3n con ciclodextrinas aportaron resultados alentadores.Por su parte, las dispersiones s\u00f3ldias g1\/peg 20000 y g1\/6000 producen mejoras notables en la velocidad de disoluci\u00f3n de este f\u00e1rmaco en agua; mientras que los complejos
