Para la valoracion se ha procedido al analisis morfometrico y el estudio con microscopia laser confocal, en todas las muestras y el analisis del contenido en adn y proteinas nucleares en las muestras sanguineas.  los resultados obtenidos han permitido definir una disminucion global de la expresion de las agnors en las muestras hipofisarias a medida que aumenta la edad de los animales estudiados: encontrandose mayor expresion de las agnors en los animales castrados respecto a los animales adultos normales.  asimismo se ha comprobado que el contenido en adn y proteinas de los eritrocitos no condiciona la expresion agnors.  en la mayoria de los casos ha sido posible comprobar una mayor influencia de los fenomenos funcionales derivados de la actividad celular respecto a la participacion de
