Lourdes <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La posibilidad de disponer de anticuerpos monoclonales que identifiquen epitopes de distintas glicoproteinas de la membrana de la plaqueta que intervienen en fenomenos de adhesion, asi como de otros que ponen de manifiesto determinantes antigenicos que solamente se expresan tras la activacion plaquetaria, constituye una importante contribucion de la inmunolog\u00eda al estudio tanto de la fisiolog\u00eda plaquetaria como de su patolog\u00eda. La incorporacion tecnologica de la citometria de flujo, ha contribuido a disponer de la base tecnologica necesaria para el analisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de la expresion de distintas glicoproteinas plaquetarias. En este trabajo se analiza cuantitativamente la expresion de las glicoproteinas mayoritarias de la plaqueta en pacientes con diversa patolog\u00eda (insuficiencia renal cronica y patolog\u00eda de la celula stem ineluyendo smp y smd) asi mismo se realizo este analisis in vitro es decir en concentrados terapeuticos de plaquetas.  los resultados mas relevantes fueron:  &#8211; disminucion de los receptores adhesivos (gpib, gpiibiiia y gpiiib) en situacion basal en irc e incremento de los parametros de activacion en estos pacientes que aumentan mas con la hemodialisis.  &#8211; aumento de la expresion de la gpiiib en pacientes con smp.  &#8211; descenso de los parametros de activacion en la patolog\u00eda de la celula stem.  &#8211; disminucion de las glicoproteinas adhesivas e incremento de los parametros de activacion en el proceso de preparacion y almacenamiento de concentrados terapeuticos de plaquetas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>La citometria de flujo en el diagnostico de las trombocitopatias adquiridas: expresion de glicoproteinas de membrana y signos de activacion plaquetaria.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 La citometria de flujo en el diagnostico de las trombocitopatias adquiridas: expresion de glicoproteinas de membrana y signos de activacion plaquetaria. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Vazquez Lopez M.
