Los productos analizados han sido: l.Pasterizada, l.U.H.T., L. En polvo, l.Condensada, yogur, queso, cuajada, helados de venta a granel y postres lacteos.  los microorganismos estudiados han sido: rto de aerobios mesofilos, coliformes y enterobacteriaceas totales, aislamiento e identificacion de salmonella spp, shigella spp. Y s.Aureus enterotoxigenicos, rto e identificacion de streptococcus d, c.Perfringes, levaduras y mohos.  la practica totalidad de las muestras analizadas se consideran aptas para su consumo por no superar los valores microbiologicos de referencia aplicados salvo en helados de venta a granel, cuajada, y algunos tipos de
